Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 13 June 2026

1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using CreativeArc's platform, tools, and AI generation features. It applies to all users-individuals, teams, and organisations-and forms part of our Terms of Service.

CreativeArc is a professional creative tool for architects, designers, and creative studios. We want it to remain a safe, legal, and trustworthy platform. The rules below exist to protect users, third parties, and the integrity of the service.

2. Strictly prohibited content

You must not use CreativeArc to generate, process, or store any content that:

The following are zero-tolerance violations. Accounts will be terminated immediately and, where required by law, reported to relevant authorities.
  • Constitutes child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors.
  • Depicts or facilitates non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), sometimes called 'deepfake pornography'.
  • Incites or glorifies violence, terrorism, or hatred against individuals or groups based on protected characteristics.
  • Is designed to facilitate a crime, including fraud, trafficking, or weapons manufacture.

3. Prohibited uses

Beyond the above, you may not use CreativeArc to:

  • Generate content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or designed to intimidate a specific individual.
  • Impersonate a real person, living or deceased, in a way that could mislead or cause harm-including generating realistic likenesses without consent.
  • Infringe third-party intellectual property rights. Do not upload images, artwork, or designs that you do not own or have rights to use.
  • Produce content that is deliberately misleading or designed to deceive-including fake architectural renders presented as real photographs without disclosure.
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the CreativeArc platform through automated means.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the platform.
  • Circumvent credit limits, usage caps, authentication, or any other technical restriction.
  • Use generation outputs to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI model without our express written consent.
  • Resell or sublicense access to CreativeArc without prior written agreement.
  • Introduce or transmit malware, spyware, ransomware, or any malicious code.
  • Use CreativeArc in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws.

4. Professional and commercial use

CreativeArc is designed for professional design work including client renders, presentations, pitch decks, and published visuals. Commercial use is permitted on paid plans (Pro, Studio, API Plan) and on credit pack purchases.

When using generated outputs commercially, you are responsible for:

  • Ensuring outputs comply with the terms of the underlying AI model providers (Google Gemini, Tripo3D, Meshy, Kling, etc.).
  • Disclosing the use of AI generation where required by applicable law or professional standards.
  • Not presenting AI-generated images as original photographs or hand-crafted work in contexts where that distinction is material.
  • Obtaining any required permissions for reference images or client assets you upload.

5. Content moderation

CreativeArc does not actively review every generation. However, we reserve the right to review content flagged by our automated systems, third-party providers, or user reports.

If you encounter content generated by another user that you believe violates this policy, report it to support@creativearc.ai.

6. Consequences of violation

Violations of this policy may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of your account pending investigation.
  • Permanent termination of your account without refund.
  • Removal of offending content and associated files.
  • Reporting to law enforcement or regulatory bodies where required by law.
  • Legal action where CreativeArc has suffered harm as a result of the violation.

The severity of the response depends on the nature of the violation. Zero-tolerance violations (Section 2) result in immediate termination without warning.

7. Reporting violations

If you believe someone is using CreativeArc in violation of this policy-including if you have encountered illegal content-please contact us immediately:

  • Email: support@creativearc.ai-subject line: AUP Report
  • We aim to respond to reports within 24 hours.
  • For urgent or serious matters (e.g. CSAM), we treat these as highest priority.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this AUP as the platform evolves or in response to changes in law or AI model provider terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of CreativeArc after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
